This medium roast is a mixture of coffee from Central and South America, which brings forward notes of toffee, almond, and graham cracker, with a light tangerine acidity and sweetness.
Named after my mom, Esther, this is dedicated to the 30+ year nurse and person who has always been there when I needed her. She has the “healing hand” to help me and my brothers grow strong, regardless of how many challenges we faced. Throughout life, she’s demonstrated this for not only our family, but also neighbors and others in need. In addition to being the best mom I could have asked for, she’s my top saleswomen and the master raffle basket maker.
