Colombia Mina Rica is our newly-sourced product, which is hand-delivered by Carolina, one of the coffee farmers that grew up on the plantation. Carolina is a third-generation farmer and traveled to the United States to sell the coffee from her family farm. The Mina Rica farm is located in the Antioquia region of Colombia, and delivers subtle tasting notes of raw sugar, pineapple, and milk chocolate.
