Named after my golden retriever, Crema, Crema's Espresso is the successor to Espresso Geckos. Arabica coffees from Central America, South America, and Asia are added to give a dark, traditional style espresso blend that you'd expect in an Italian espresso bar. You'll find a jam-like sweetness, deep dark chocolate notes, and a smoky ash aroma. Although designed for espresso, this coffee is excellent as drip coffee or in a French press.
Espresso recipe: 18g in, 36g out (+/- 2g), 192 F water, 30 seconds or less.

Altitude: 1,400+ MASL
Processing: Washed, sun-dried & parabolic drying beds, plus natural.
